How to get quality every day

How to do it:

1. Get a big bowl
2. Throw in some fresh lettuce
3. Cut up some tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, pepper, carrots etc.
4. Throw on some pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds etc.
5. Squeeze a lemon on it...or some balsamic vinegar

Do this at least once a day every day. Twice is better.

It's cheap, it's fast, and it will give you the micro-nutrients you need.

It's not something to live on. It's just something to make sure you eat every day to improve the QUALITY of what you eat.
