Sometimes we miss something that we thought we were up on, but had fallen slightly by the wayside. After experiencing a near miraculous and immediate clearing of brain fog after a clay bath, I started research all the health benefits of clay, and am now obsessed with it.
It may be the single most potent detoxifier and all around healer, as well as beautifying substance, known to man.
Clay comes from volcanic ash charged with energy and loaded with life giving minerals, that has a powerful ionic bond to metals.
If detoxing metals is something you are working on (and this is my challenge as I write this) clay is your best friend. You can bathe in it, drink it, put it on your face, and even make toothpaste out of it. It can heal everything from chronic fatigue, excema, allergies, depression, intestinal illnesses, eye diseases, and some reports even describe dramatic improvement in autism in children after clay baths.
One website I am particularly spellbound by for more information is http://www.aboutclay.com/
