This may seem like a crazy thing to do: adding coconut oil to coffee. We did a taste test here at Nextworldtv, and we love it! It makes the brew a little silkier and adds a nice flavor. You don't really taste the oil, so to speak.
Why add coconut oil? It's so good for you! It's wonderful for your skin, provides cholesterol level maintenance, boosted immune system, proper digestion and regulated metabolism. It also provides relief from kidney problems, heart diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes and cancer, while helping to improve dental quality and bone strength.
The saturated fats mean less of a crash from the coffee too!
