There is plenty you can make with pulp from the juicer. This video gives you quick and easy recipes for vegetable broth, home made crackers and dip.
I have a recipe to share as well, for veggie patties. It's especially delightful if you have juiced apples, pears and/or sweet potatoes.
Take the pulp for about 4 large or 6 small patties, and mix with 2 eggs. Add some turmeric, curry, cumin, salt, pepper, lemon juice and chopped onion if you like. Form into patties and fry them in coconut oil. Serve with a cilantro or mango chutney! Vegans can omit the eggs, the consistency will just be different, perhaps better to heat the mixture as a casserole.
