Present Moment. How to stay there? Eckhart Tolle tells us about the addiction we seldom try to curb - the addiction to thinking.
How can you stop thinking so much? He encourages us to "see what it means to perceive without the interference of concepts and words"
The difference between thinking and being present is that while you listen, for example to birds singing - there is no thought. You're not trying to work out which kind of bird it is. That's how you know. You don't need to fill the silence.
